Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Luméa Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality wigs and hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, strict hygiene and quality control measures apply.

 

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

 

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on wigs or hair products that have been worn, installed, brushed, cut, coloured, or tampered with in any way.

 

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

 

* The incorrect item was received, or

* The product is defective upon delivery

 

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos as proof.

 

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

 

Custom Orders

Custom wigs or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7–14 working days. This does not include shipping time.
